time you placed your order.
Your email confirmation has provided you
with all of the information we have
concerning your order.
Due to our very modest
scale of operation, which is how we are able
to get our rifles to the market at the lowest
price, we do not have the time or resources to
micromanage every order we have in house by
providing order progress status update
requests by email or over the phone.
Every order we have in house
at this time has been taken verbally over the phone
and confirmed with our customers by email. In this
email, you would have received an order number and
estimated completion date, which was discussed and
agreed to before placing your order.
The estimated completion date is not a ship
date. The estimated completion date is an estimation
as to when your rifle build will be completed and
test fired. In the best case scenario, your finished
rifle would ship out to your dealer 3 to 5 days
after completion and at the longest, 7 to 10 days.
As explained when you
placed your order, we will notify you if there is a
problem with any aspect of completing your order.
Notification of any such problems will be
provided to individual customers directly, should
We will try to copy you in the FFL receipt
confirmation email when we have your dealer's ship
to info and license. When your rifle is completed
and ready to ship, we will notify you immediately if
we do not have your dealer's info.
When your order ships from our location, you will
receive the package tracking number from Fedex. This
will be sent to the same email address as your Order
Confirmation and Receipt. Your receiving FFL dealer
will also be sent the tracking number, if they have
provided us with their email address.
